Red Fermented Bean Curd Pork Ribs
6-7 pieces of Pork ribs
Half cube of Red Fermented Bean Curb
Dash of pepper
3/4 to 1 tbsp oyster sauce(adjust to ur taste preference)
3/4 tbsp of corn flour
Borges grapeseed oil
Marinated the pork ribs with 1 egg,1/2 cube of red fermented bean curb,dash of pepper,3/4 tbsp of corn flour n 3/4 to 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.

Step by Step1) Heat up the Borges Grapeseed oil till hot.
2) Coat the pork ribs with plain flour and frying flour. Add the marinated pork ribs into the wok. Flip when its cooked.
3) Take the pork ribs out and coat with another layer of flours. Put back to the wok until golden brown.
4) Dry it with kitchen towel andn serve hot.
