Pasta Salad with Pan-fried Salmon with Honey Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
* 1 cup Borges Fusilli
* 400g Salmon Fillet
* 3 Shittake Mushrooms, sliced
* 1/2 red Capsicum, sliced
* 1/2 yellow Capsicum, Sliced
* Baby Asparagus
* Hard-boiled Egg
* Lemon
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Honey Lemon Sauce (2 serving)
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1.5 tbsp Japanese light soy sauce
* 1/2 tbsp honey
* I tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* freshly ground black pepper
* zest of half lemon

Step by Step
1. Cook Borges Fusilli in salted water according to packet instructions2. Mix ingredients of Honey Lemon Sauce together into a bowl.
3. Lightly marinate salmon with salt and pepper then pan-fry with sliced ginger and garlic till salmon is browned on both sides.
4. Saute minced garlic and chilli flakes with olive oil till fragrant before adding in mushrooms, capsicums and asparagus.
5. Stir in Honey Lemon Sauce.
6. Add in Borges Fusilli and mix well.
