During last year, as part of our strategy based on quality and differentiation, Borges has started a new project searching the excellence in the production olive oil. In our oil mill in Cabra (Córdoba, Spain) we made an extra virgin olive oil using only the hojiblanca variety, which was aimed to obtain the most demanding tasting awards around the world.
